Global air charter specialist Chapman Freeborn has appointed Jack Burt as senior vice president of cargo for the Americas.
With 15 years of experience in the international air cargo industry, Burt brings a wealth of industry knowledge to the role. Based out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Burt rejoins Chapman Freeborn after previously serving as senior cargo charter broker for the company earlier in his career.
Having started his career in the air cargo industry at Lift Management, Burt has since held several senior positions at various companies in the sector, including AirX and Air Partner.
As senior vice president of cargo for the Americas, he will lead a department of cargo specialists to further expand the company’s presence and growth plans for the region.
Along with day-to-day team management, Burt will play a role in developing new business and market growth strategies for the region, and ensure clients are matched with the most suitable aircraft type to meet their own unique air cargo needs.
