Andy Tite will join Blue Water Shipping as senior vice president, head of projects, effective July 1, 2026.

Tite joins Blue Water from DHL, where for the past six years he served as vice president, global business development and commercial director for the Industrial Projects arm. His career experience to date includes positions at Zeamarine, deugro and ALE.
At Blue Water, he will lead the development and execution of the company’s global project logistics strategy across key sectors including energy, infrastructure, mining and turnkey project development. He will also work closely with the existing management team within the energy, port and projects division.
