Caldwell partners with RUD Chain

Caldwell Lifting Solutions and the RUD Group have combined their sales and service activities for their lifting and material handling solutions in the USA and Canada.

As of May 2018, Caldwell Inc. and the RUD Group (formerly RUD US) will offer their combined expertise and product range to North American customers, including Caldwell lifting equipment, Renfroe clamps and RUD's material handling and lifting product line.

This partnership only pertains to the RUD Chain plant in Hiawatha, Iowa. At the Hiawatha plant, the former RUD US will concentrate specifically on tyre chain products and their corresponding product groups.

The remaining business divisions for RUD Chain will be transferred to and integrated into Caldwell's operations in Rockford, Illinois.

"The alliance provides our customers and business partners in the USA and Canada with a new level of expertise and a wider range of products from a single source (Caldwell)," said Caldwell.

"With this joining of forces, our constant efforts to consistently expand our market position as a leading and innovative system provider of below-the-hook lifting and material handling solutions have reached another high point, from which the North American market will benefit greatly from."
