September 10 - Coli Shipping (S) Pte Ltd has been appointed to serve as 'Owners Representative' for the Asia-Pacific and Australia operations of German shipowner Condock Befrachtungs -Gesellschaft mbH which is owned by Harren & Partner.
Condock's fleet includes semi-submersible vessels, with a single box-shaped hold and are ideal for floating cargoes, says a Coli Shipping announcement. Additionally, using the stern ramp, they can accommodate ro-ro shipments for pre-assembled modules, tanks and structures. The vessels are classified to trade as 'open hatch' and with the bridge and accommodation located forward, this means there are no cargo height restrictions.
Each vessel has a long and unobstructed hold with shallow draft capabilities, making the vessels ideal for the carriage of materials between fabrication yards and shipyards, as well as permitting safe navigation to remote project locations.
