International shipping and logistics firm Cory Brothers has reached an agreement to acquire Twist Logistics, a Netherlands-based forwarding company. The acquisition is due to be finalised on November 1, 2025.
Once the deal has been completed, the Twist Logistics team – currently in Papendrecht – will relocate to Cory Brothers’ offices in Rhoon.
Recognising a rapidly changing logistics market, by joining forces the two companies aim to operate more efficiently by leveraging advanced systems and broader networks, as well as to strengthen their joint competitive position through improved rates and greater negotiating power.
