As part of the agreement, the companies will jointly pursue project opportunities while strategically sharing equipment, expertise, and other operational resources to enhance efficiency and expand global service capabilities.

Kohki Uemura, president and ceo of Denzai, said: “We believe that our business alliance with Fagioli, one of the world’s leading heavy transport companies, will create new value that contributes to greater efficiency in our clients’ projects around the globe. Fagioli has a strong business presence in the USA, Europe, and Australia. This partnership offers geographical advantages, and we believe it will generate synergies through the sharing of both companies’ customer networks.”

Denzai, meanwhile, is able to offer its large crane fleet and project management expertise in Asia and the Middle East. Fernando Bertoni, ceo of Fagioli, explained: “For select projects, they [customers] will gain access to the best of both worlds: Denzai’s cranes, expertise, and resources across Asia and the Middle East, and Fagioli’s heavy lifting, transport and engineering experience in Europe and North America.”

The signing ceremony took place at the Breakbulk Europe exhibition in Rotterdam on May 13, 2025.

Earlier this month, Denzai signed a partnership with heavy lift provider Crane Ukraine to support the construction of wind farms in the country as it embarks on the establishment of an office in Kyiv.
