DSV has nominated Kurt K. Larsen, Thomas Plenborg, Jens Bjørn Andersen and Jens H. Lund for election to the Panalpina board of directors.

Larsen, currently chairman of the DSV board, has been nominated to assume the same position at Panalpina. Plenborg (DSV’s deputy chairman of the board), Andersen (ceo) and Lund (cfo) have been nominated as members of the board.

In addition, Andersen and Lund are proposed to be the members of the compensation committee.

All current members of the board of directors of Panalpina will resign, with effect of the settlement.

All nominations will be proposed to the current board of directors at an extraordinary general meeting on July 16, 2019.
