Marguisa has signed an agreement with NileDutch that will see the company’s Calabar service expanded with additional port calls in the Republic of the Congo and São Tomé and Príncipe.

Marguisa, a Spanish shipping line that specialises in West Africa trade lanes, recently added Calabar to its network following an agreement with the local authorities of the Nigerian port last year.

The deal with NileDutch will see the service expanded from the first week of November 2019 to include calls in Pointe Noire and São Tomé. This is in addition to the existing calls at Bata and Malabo in Equatorial Guinea.

NileDutch will become slot buyer for the regular service. Calabar will be restricted to Marguisa’s cargoes only.
