December 14 - Martyn Pellew, PD Ports' group development director, has stepped down after eight years from his full time role with the UK company.
Pellew was responsible for the rebranding of all the former Powell Duffryn owned port and shipping businesses under the PD Ports identity.
In an official statement PD ports said his involvement in the successful 'Northern Gateway' campaign, whilst not yet fully delivered, has helped lay a very solid platform for such a development in the longer term.
The statement added that in 2011 and beyond, PD Ports will continue its efforts to further grow and develop the business, investing in new opportunities and exploring new markets. This will include continuing to pursue a foothold in the renewable energy sector through the Chain Reaction campaign.
