Qube in LCR takeover

Australia-based Qube Holdings has acquired industrial logistics service provider LCR Group in a deal valued at AUD135 million (USD93.2 million).

LCR provides the mining, renewable energy and oil and gas industries with a wide range of logistics services in Australia and Papua New Guinea.

The acquisition, according to Qube Holdings chief operating officer Paul Digney, enables the company “to deliver enhanced broad-spectrum mining and industrial services to its existing and future customers”.
