R&B Global Projects is now fully operational

August 5 - R&B Global Projects, formed earlier this year by Dave Roosen and Ilse Blockx, is now fully operational from its headquarters in Opatija Riviera, Croatia.

Both Roosen and Blockx previously worked in The Netherlands and Belgium respectively before relocating to Croatia to set up R&B Global Projects.

The two believe that this is the perfect time to establish a new venture in Croatia, with the country recently joining the EU.

R&B Global Projects offers ship chartering and brokerage operations; transport and project contracting; general freight and turnkey project transportation with a focus on the niche markets; plus value added support such as insurance and consultancy.

The two believe that there is great potential to grow Croatia's status as a gateway for pan-European container traffic, as well as a heavy lift hub for the Balkans, where there are considerable capital investments in the pipeline.
