Global law firm Reed Smith has appointed Siyue Yang as counsel in the firm’s transportation industry group and Shanghai office.
Joining from Stephenson Harwood, Yang brings more than a decade of experience advising on ship finance, banking finance, asset leasing and maritime transactions in Asia to the role. His practice spans various jurisdictions across the region, including mainland China, Singapore and Hong Kong, having advised leading banks, leasing companies and shipowners on complex cross-border financings and asset transactions.
