Bernd Schwengsbier is stepping down from the TII Group as Filippo Baldassari assumes sole leadership of the company’s sales activity.
Schwengsbier has been with the company for almost 45 years. His succession plan was initiated during 2020 when Baldassari was named co-managing director, as HLPFI reported here.
With the role officially handed over, Schwengsbier’s time at TII has come to an end. The group said: “Thanks to his very good, long-standing customer relationships, Bernd Schwengsbier has contributed to the success of the TII Group for decades, of which the last 15 years from a management position. He is held in extremely high regard, both by our global customers and within our company.”
