Swire shuffles managerial pack

September 22 - Ron Mathison has been appointed managing director of Swire Pacific Offshore (SPO) in Singapore, effective September 21, 2015. He was also named as a director of John Swire & Sons (S.E. Asia), with effect from August 1, 2015.

Outgoing managing director Neil Glenn left his position on September 18, 2015, as well as resigning his role as a director on the SPO board.

SPO's finance director, Nigel Gribble, also resigned his current role to become chief financial officer at Altus Oil & Gas Services - a fully owned subsidiary of SPO - during August 2015. His successor is Amyon Chaffey, who leaves a position with Hong Kong airline Cathay Pacific.
