German freight forwarder Trans-Trading has changed its name to Aprojects, which acquired the company during 2021.
As HLPFI reported here, Belgium’s Aprojects acquired Trans-Trading during September 2021, strengthening its position in the market with regional offices in Willich, Hamburg and Geretsried.
Since then, Trans-Trading maintained its separate corporate brand. Now operating as Aprojects GmbH, the company said that there are no changes to the existing contractual relationships. All contact persons, contact details, addresses, telephone numbers, bank details, commercial register number and tax number remain unchanged.
