Cometto trailer dealer Hale Heavy Haul is preparing to take delivery of Eco1000 self-propelled electronically steered transporters at its US facilities.
The six-axle Eco1000 has a length of 11.6 m at a maximum payload of 264 tons (239.5 tonnes); the four-axle type has a platform length of 8.8 m and payload capacity of 174 tons (157.9 tonnes).
The transporters will be delivered to the port of New York, and Georgia Ports’ Authority port of Savannah.
