Lifting and securement firm Kito Crosby has launched the Gunnebo Industries LPE lifting point, which has been engineered to replace traditional eye bolts.

Designed to address the limitations of conventional eye bolts, primarily under side loads, the LPE lifting point offers 360-degree rotation with ball bearings for smooth, controlled movement.
It also has a patented bail design to reduce the risk of shock loading; comes in three installation options of hand tightening, hex wrench, or spanner; and has a high-visibility finish to boost safety and identification.
Further enhancing flexibility, the LPV thread conversion adaptor allows users to convert existing threaded holes to accommodate smaller lifting points.
Earlier this year, Kito Crosby released its specialised line of hoists and load monitoring systems designed explicitly for overhead power line construction.
