The ATF 220-5.1 replaces an ATF 180G-5 in Taurus’ fleet.

The crane offers all the convenient features of the Tadano ATF generation, with a Mercedes Benz engine that complies with the EU Stage V emissions class for mobile machinery.

The crane also features a hill-start assistant system, a rock-free function, and various driving programmes and intelligent control solutions.

Taurus’ day-to-day operations are centred around industrial construction and infrastructure, handling projects such as lifting prefabricated elements and even bridges. Martin Beitsche, managing director of Taurus, said that the crane allows the company to enter new markets.

He explained: “We ordered the crane with a second winch and hydraulic boom extension, which makes us even more flexible and allows us to take out performance level up a notch.”
