The crane arrived in Moerdijk onboard an open deck vessel and was subsequently unloaded and transported to Van der Vlist’s facility at the Middenwegkade.

It will be put into operation at the Middenwegkade facility until the terminal in Moerdijk is ready. With a lifting capacity of 154 tonnes, it will handle wind turbine parts and project cargo, joining an existing LHM 280 mobile habour crane at the site.

Combined, the two cranes can execute tandem lifts up to 230 tonnes.
