December 4 - Amending its previous notifications, and in response to offset regional cost characteristics, BBC Chartering has differentiated its low sulphur surcharges (LSS) on trade lanes crossing emission control areas (ECA).
This is further to the news posted by HLPFI on October 23 and November 20 with regard to the low sulphur surcharges.
The updated differentiated surcharges are shown in the table below:
