A first for Cometto in Taiwan

Taiwan’s CTCI MAC has acquired two MSPE self-propelled trailer combinations from Cometto.

The order comprises two six-axle modules with an axle load of 40 tonnes, two power packs and accessories. According to Cometto, the complete delivery represents a payload capacity of approximately 432 tonnes. It is the first time the manufacturer has delivered equipment from its MSPE range in Taiwan.

CTCI has already utilised the vehicles to move an offshore wind turbine jacket section, which weighed 120 tonnes and had a diameter of 6 m, at a production site for the Yunlin offshore wind farm project.
