Alistair crane supports Tanzanian railway project 

Alistair Group is deploying its 250-tonne capacity Liebherr LR1250 crawler crane to support the construction of railway bridges and overpasses in Tanzania. 

For the past six months Alistair Group’s crane has been involved in critical lifts for the Tanzanian Government’s railway project. Some loads weighed up to 90 tons (81.6 tonnes).

Currently, Alistair is using the crane to lift 60-ton (54.4-tonne) units for the project, while also erecting concrete beams.
