G2 Ocean makes appointments in key markets

Norway-headquartered shipping group G2 Ocean will appoint three senior project managers to support its growing activities in key markets.

Cliff Kuhfeldt was named G2 Ocean’s senior project manager in Houston. He started his role on September 9.

G2 Ocean said that two additional senior project managers would be hired to work out of offices in Hamburg and Singapore.

Leif Arne Strømmen, the carrier’s vice president of innovation and project cargo, said: “Our project cargo results are continuously improving, and I am impressed by our team’s efforts. However, we have high ambitions for the future and to stay on target, we need additional resources.”

He added: “We currently lack presence in Houston and Hamburg and new office representations in these key project markets will enable us to offer diversified services towards new industries and customers.”
