Mammoet signs Coeymans partnership

Mammoet USA has signed an agreement with the port of Coeymans in New York that will see the engineered transport provider and heavy lift specialist utilise the 400-acre (161.9-ha) marine terminal.

The port of Coeymans’ marine terminal is owned and operated by Carver Companies. Over the years, Mammoet said it has developed a relationship with the port while utilising its docks for local projects.

With the new agreement, Mammoet will now be able to offer storage options; load in and load out services; local barge supply; and assistance with offshore wind energy projects, as well as other developments in region.

Mammoet has positioned its 600-ton (544.3-tonne) capacity CC 2800 crawler crane at the port facility, ready to provide heavy lift services. Auxiliary equipment for staging and storage is also available.
