Stena Line increases summer service

June 9 - Stena Line will introduce a fourth vessel on its Gydnia, Poland to Karlskrona, Sweden service.

Gotlandsbolaget's ro-ro vessel Gute will join Stena Vision, Stena Spirit and Stena Baltic to focus on Stena Line's freight operation on the service.

Gute, which has a freight capacity of 865 lane metres, will enter into operation on August 28, adding eight trips a week to the service. Stena Line says the vessel will provide additional space for freight customers during the peak travel season.

After the changes the weekly frequency on the route will increase from 36 trips in spring to 40 trips in summer and 44 trips after the introduction of Gute.
