Sugar shipment is sweet for WWPC members

January 22 - WWPC members from Tunisia and France worked together to transport of a complete drying and cooling unit for a new sugar production plant in Tunisia.

Mercator Transport from France worked with UMA Tunisie to move the shipment on a door-to-door basis from from France to the private quay of the new sugar production plant which has the capaicty to refine 500,000 tonnes of sugar per annum. 

Under its ship's agency role, UMA Tunisia also handled a second cargo comprising of a carbonation and filtration unit.
