DAKO Worldwide Transport has completed its scope for the Dolores wind farm in Nuevo León, Mexico, delivering 114 wind turbine blades.

The wind turbine blades measured around 65 m long. 81 units were routed via Port Aransas, Texas, to the final destination, while the remaining 33 units were routed via Brownsville.
Convoys were escorted along the cross-border route with coordinated traffic control and precise timing to navigate tight turns.
“By working closely with local partners and authorities, our teams ensured that every stage – from permit approvals to border formalities – was executed exactly as planned,” said DAKO.
Last month, Janne Zips was appointed branch manager of DAKO’s office in Bremen, Germany.
