Hareket has handled the heavy lift and transport of components for an offshore oil drilling and production platform in Azerbaijan.
Cargoes included the drilling module, service units and living quarters of the platform.
A 453-tonne weather deck was transported 180 m using SPMTs. Hareket then coordinated a tandem lift using two 600-tonne capacity Demag CC2800-1s and a 400-tonne capacity Demag CC2400-1 crawler crane. The cranes travelled 43 m synchronously before lowering the load.
