Premier Global Logistics has shipped 355 pieces of out-of-gauge (OOG) cargo from Masan, Ulsan (South Korea) and Yokohama (Japan) to Bangladesh.

Premier Global employed a heavy lift vessel from BBC Chartering for the move. The equipment had a combined weight of 2,657 tonnes. According to Rajesh Gupta, managing director at Premier Global Logistics, the heaviest units included a 90-tonne shell, a 190-tonne heat recovery system generator (HRSG), and a 303-tonne steam generator.

The equipment was delivered for the Bibiyana III project – a gas-fired power plant developed by Bangladesh Power Development Board.

Premier Global Logistics is a member of the Project Cargo Network (PCN).
