Sea Cargo Logistics transported an oversized industrial furnace from Spain to Mexico.

In Spain, Sea Cargo Logistics prepared and secured the components for international transport. Some units weighed upwards of 70 tonnes and measured more than 5.4 m wide and 4.2 m high.

A combination of specialised Mafi trailers and containers were used to handle the cargo during sea transit to Altamira, Mexico.

In Mexico, Sea Cargo Logistics handled the Customs clearance before managing the 500 km overland journey to Villa de Reyes. This leg required detailed route planning, the procurement of permits, and the deployment of custom equipment due to the cargo’s size.

Sea Cargo Logistics is a member of the XLProjects (XLP) network.
