Tschudi Logistics has coordinated the delivery of wind turbine flanges from Germany to Denmark.
The 8-m parts were loaded onto a vessel at the port of Bremen, Germany, and then shipped to Denmark’s Port Esbjerg.
Upon arrival, the flanges were loaded at a slight tilt onto specialised trucks to ensure safe transit, and then delivered to the client’s site.
Tschudi’s scope included the chartering of a vessel, stevedoring and onward road transport.
