April 13 - In response to high demand Stena Lines has added Stena Nautica to increase the number of departures to five times a week on its service between Travemünder Skandinavienkai, Germany and Liepaja, Latvia.

According to Stena Line, the service has seen increasing quantities of large-scale cargoes, such as agricultural machinery.

Stena Nordica is a ro-pax ships nearly 170 m long, which has previously been used on this route as a back-up ship.
