August 31 - Elizabeth Blanchard, port commissioner at the Port of Stockton, USA has been named president of the Association of Pacific Ports (APP).
Blanchard, who has been involved with APP since she was named port commissioner at Stockton in 2008, will serve as president for 2017-2018.
