September 4 - Cargolux Airlines International has launched a third scheduled flight to Zhengzhou, China.
Following the successful introduction of the first two flights in June, CV9743 will depart Luxembourg on Wednesday at 22:00 hours and reach Zhengzhou on Thursday at 20:40 hours, before returning via Novosibirsk and landing in Luxembourg on Friday at 06:15 hours.
Cargolux says it will double its Zhengzhou service to six weekly flights by the end of 2014, in a bid to offer its customers shortest transit times between Europe and any city in central China.
The successful stepping up of regular air cargo services between Luxembourg and Zhengzhou is part of the dual-hub strategy centered on Luxembourg's Findel airport and Zhengzhou's Xinzheng International Airport, which is a major pillar of the commercial cooperation agreement between Cargolux and HNCA.
