Norwegian offshore wind contractor Havfram initiated the construction of Norse Wind in 2023, with the company then acquired by DEME in April 2025. The vessel is already contracted for several major offshore wind projects and has a solid timeline through 2030, kickstarting its work in the first half of 2026 with offshore wind projects in Europe.

Norse Wind’s sister vessel Norse Energi is scheduled for delivery early next year.
