September 2 - Enerpac has introduced its new Pow'R-LOCK portable lift system, which it claims is the world's first self-contained, self-locking lift system and has a capacity of 200 tonnes.
The Pow'R-LOCK's patent pending control system provides automatic locking that secures the load regardless of cylinder movement and control cycle. A two-button panel allows for remote operation, keeping the operator safely away from the lift during use. The operator can simply jack and lift the load in question, and the Pow'R-LOCK's failsafe system ensures it will remain supported if there is any kind of hydraulic failure.
