November 22 - With a new network optimisation tool, logistics services provider Damco says it can enhance its end-to-end supply chain management platform to provide cost savings to customers, while decreasing carbon emissions and enhancing overall supply

Earlier in the year, the company launched its new Damco Dynamic Flow Control tool, which tackles the hassle of dealing with constant changes on the demand and supply side without adding cost, time, and complexity.

Damco's global team of 50 supply chain developers have carried out more than 200 projects so far during 2012 identifying more than USD160 million in value to customers. Based on its new technology Damco will provide customers with a stronger foundation for making decisions, the company said.
