NEO opens in Turkey

November 13 - NEO Air Charter - the European member of the Global Charter Alliance - has opened a new office in Istanbul, Turkey, headed by Mrs Ahu Ozturk (pictured below), as sales manager - Turkey.

Based on the Asian side of the city, the new office will provide flight supervision for any NEO charters originating or terminating in the region, and will handle relations with local charter airlines. Chartering, flight planning and administration will be handled through NEO's German HQ.

Ozturk reports to NEO joint MD Adnan Duran, himself a Turkish citizen with many years' experience in the region, gained as manager for a large multi-national broker.

Says Duran: "Turkey is a stable and fast-growing market, underpinned by strong GDP growth. It is also at the crossroads between east and west, and will become an important hub for the NEO network throughout the whole of Central Asia and Middle East."
