Oversize crane departs Antwerp

March 13 - A 69 m tall container crane destined for Norway has been loaded on board a pontoon in the Delwaide dock at the port of Antwerp.

The convoy had dimensions of 145 m long by 89 m wide, and it passed through the Berendrecht lock during the early hours of March 13.

The crane will arrive in the Norwegian port of Larvick during the course of this week, says Antwerp Port Authority.
