ProLift acquires ARM

ProLift Rigging has acquired Advanced Riggers & Millwrights (ARM), a rigging and plant relocation company based in Riverside, California.

The branch will retain its name and will be led by former ARM owner and ceo Jerry Hufman.

Through the acquisition, ProLift will gain certified riggers; experienced sales, project management, dispatch and office personnel; 60,000 sq ft (5,574.2 sq m) of warehouse space; and fleet of VersaLift equipment.

Huffman said that the ARM’s plant relocation experience and ProLift’s heavy lifting capabilities and national presence is “a great combination”.
