May 6 - Saudia Cargo is adding a new dedicated freighter service connecting Saudia Arabia to Paris Charles de Gaulle International airport, effective May 22, 2015.
B747-400 freighter flights will operate twice a week, supplementing the airline's 12 weekly passenger flights to the French gateway. This new service will bring the number of destinations served by Saudia Cargo across France to 21.
The new destination enables Saudia Cargo to meet strong demand for cargo from a promising French market, explained Rainer Mueller, vice president commercial at Saudi Airlines Cargo: "Our focus is to improve connectivity and provide a growing network of destinations and quality operations to our customers."
