November 21 - The Great Lakes-St. Lawrence Seaway System has issued a notice stating that a portion of the Seaway will close to navigation at 2359 hours on December 29, 2012.
This is the closing date of the 2012 Navigation Season for the St Lawrence Seaway and all vessels must be clear of this section by that time.
