September 16 - Blue Water Shipping has acted as agent for the Hochtief's large jack-up vessel Thor, which sailed from the North Sea to the Danish port of Hirtshals in order to be prepared for the ship's next assignment in the Baltic Sea.

"The port of Hirtshals is an ideal place for a port call because of its location between the North Sea and the Baltic," said Torben Ovesen from Blue Water in Hirtshals. "A port call saves both costs and transport time."

Port agency services have played an important role for Blue Water since it was established. The company has 16 offices in Denmark, and many of these are located in or near important Danish ports.
