Lufthansa Cargo Charter names new general manager

January 18 - Lufthansa Cargo Charter Agency has named Steve Day as general manager for Middle East and the Indian Subcontinent.

Day will take up his new position on January 22 and joins the air charter broker with a solid aviation and logistics background, with several years of experience in charter operations, much of which was relief and disaster logistics operations to areas of conflict. 

Born and raised in the UK, Day moved to Dubai two years ago to take up his position with Supreme Aviation as operation and charter manager.

 

"We are extremely happy to have such an experienced man on board now," says Reto R.Hunziker, managing director of Lufthansa Cargo Charter. "With that background Steve (pictured below) will certainly be a very valuable addition to our team."
