OL adds US office

November 17 - OL International Holdings has acquired the US office of Transitainer Global, based in Long Beach, California.

Transitainer, a specialist in the shipment of air and ocean freight to Australia, brings significant experience and capability to the OL International portfolio of logistics services within the South Pacific and Australian markets, says OL.

OL International's president Alan Baer, explained the acquisition represents a continued collaboration between the two companies, creating strong partners in their respective regions.

Earlier this year, OL International acquired Orion Marine - a project steamship agent specialising in delivering project, oversized and hazardous cargo, as HLPFI reported here.
