Brodosplit advises that having cancelled the original contract for the ship at the end of May, Jumbo renegotiated and signed a new sales contract for Jumbo Kinetic on July 16.

The ship left Croatia's Brodosplit shipyard last week and it is reported elsewhere that the cranes are being fitted at the Viktor Lenac shipyard, rather than Huisman's yard in China, which was the original destination for this work.  

Jumbo Kinetic has a combined lift capacity of 3,000 tonnes and with her sister ship Fairmaster will, eventually, be delivered to Jumbo, according to Brodosplit.
