Lift & Move heads to Houston

September 30 - The second Lift & Move USA careers event is being held in Houston, Texas on February 10, 2016, following the success of the inaugural event in Chicago this year.

The one-day conference in Houston aims to promote careers in the crane, rigging and specialised transport industries and educate the next generation of drivers, mechanics, welders, operators, riggers and others on opportunities within the industry.

The conference is part of an industry initiative - jointly organised by the Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association (SC&RA), the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO), and KHL Group - to promote job opportunities in the crane, rigging and specialised transport industries, and is targeted at high school students, college students and military veterans.

The Houston event will be organised in partnership with SC&RA member TNT Crane & Rigging, which will host the conference.
