Aaras Shipping moves 5,000 tonnes China to Pakistan

February 3 - Aaras Shipping Agencies (Pvt) Ltd, the Pakistani member to the Cargo Equipment Experts (CEE) network, chartered the Sino South to load and ship heavy cargoes and breakbulk items from Huangpu and Xingang, China for discharge at Karachi Port, P

The mix of cargoes included transformers, mobile cranes, heavy equipment, steel plates, wire rods, steel sheets and coils weighing around 5,000 tonnes.

Aaras was responsible for all lifts and discharges of the breakbulk and heavy cargoes from the ship and also provided Customs clearance and transportation of the cargoes to their final destinations.
