Blue Water Shipping has officially opened the Blue Water Academy at its headquarters in Denmark.
The primary purpose of the new facilities is for employer development and training. The new teaching room can fit up to 100 course participants and is equipped with modern IT solutions.
The Blue Water Academy also comprises new meeting rooms, a café area and a boardroom. “To ensure continuous development, we must be on the ball at all times,” said Christian Iversen, director, people and culture at Blue Water. “This concerns both professional matters as well as abilities to work as a team creating the best output possible. At Blue Water, we are experts, and experts never stop learning.”
