Chinese-Polish multipurpose shipping line Chipolbrok has appointed Radoslaw Chmieliński as managing director of its Gdynia office.
Chmieliński previously served as shipping director. Janusz Kuzmicki, formerly the manager of the commercial department, is stepping up as director of the shipping division.
